DFY
is an entirely voluntary program that requires
the permission of the youth and their parents for participation.
The choice to join is an individual one and not joining
is not an indication that a person's beliefs or values
are anything other than honorable. Not being a member
of DFY does not mean an individual or their family
is involved in or supports any illegal activity. Not
joining DFY simply means that a person chooses not
to join. No other inference or conclusions will be drawn
from this choice by any member of DFY or their affiliates.
